"The staff are very friendly and responsive. The hotel is quiet and cozy, rooms are clean and it is convenient to hike to Mount Chimaera from the hotel. There were some small things missing, like a hair dryer and hangers in the bathroom, but the hotel is new and I think these little things will be eliminated soon."

"Unfortunately not a good stay one party wax asked to vacate room even though he had kids as issue with payment .. there was none but even upgrade didnt help. Food not much turkish mainly russian . No sense of queung if you have manners you will get no food or drink you will just be ignored 16 if us went through various agents but none will return"
