"Unfortunately, the room was quite moldy. It appeared that the windows and curtains hadn’t been cleaned in years, leading to a pervasive presence of black mold and a strong musty odor. After requesting the staff to clean the windows and change the curtains, they responded promptly, and the room's smell significantly improved. For individuals with mold allergies, this hotel may not be the best choice. However, the location is absolutely fantastic, as it's right next to the Amazon Theater! The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. Overall, this place simply needs to pay much more attention to cleanliness."

"The "superior" room we stay at was smelling weird and we asked to change and they said they will change but later they said there was no "same level" room available and put us in a smaller room (not even half the size of the room we booked) but the lady at the counter apologized and gave us a complementary buffet dinner... although I think the price was not close to match, still, her attitude was commendable and we accepted. Rooms need to be maintained better otherwise this is an excellent choice to overnight or spend a few days in Manaus away of the hectic traffic of the city."
