"The staff were fantastic and friendly, the room was immaculate and the location was perfect - close to the old town but also near to a bus stop to get to the Opera house etc. The rooftop bar was also a bonus!
Would definitely recommend this hotel! "

"We stayed at this hotel for one night, and I can honestly say that among all the hotels we stayed at during our 12-day trip from Portugal to Spain, this was one of the few that truly met 4-star hotel standards.
The room was a good size for four people, and the room facilities were fully in line with what you would expect from a quality hotel. The staff were professional and helpful; we arrived late at night and received great assistance.
The hotel has a very good restaurant. In addition to the breakfast buffet, you could also order freshly prepared items for breakfast, which was a nice touch. The hotel also has parking—although it is a bit expensive.
Overall, it was a very good hotel, especially in terms of breakfast quality, room size, and cleanliness."
"The property is very nice, feels new, and clean. Good location. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that my room layout was strange such that the bathroom was huge but the bedroom was tiny. I had to put my suitcase on the floor in the bathroom because it was the only space for it - not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Overall, it's a nice place to stay."
"The room was very clean, the staff were very courteous and friendly. The amenities were more than adequate. The hotel building is very attractive and well located in the centre of Valencia near to many of the tourist highlights.
Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, good choice of food and excellent staff. All in all a memorable experience. "
"The room was spotless and there was great amenities. The location was perfect, near the cathedral and near a ton of cafes and restaurant but most of all the staff was really friendly and helpfull"
"This is our "go to" place of lodging whenever we visit Valencia. It is right in the old town, walking distance to pretty much EVERYTHING. Some folks find the interior of the hotel odd but that adds to the charm for us. We have stayed in every type of room they offer and each is unique though we prefer those in the "special" category. The available breakfast is not to be missed and is one of the best we have experienced anywhere in the world. We have stayed here on all of our trips to Valencia (i.e. now numbering 7 visits) which is the highest recommendation we can give."
