You can step outside and be surrounded by shops, local eateries, and the everyday hustle and bustle of Manama—yet the hotel itself remains calm, clean, and comfortable inside. The food options were excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We loved that the property felt modern and upscale without being disconnected from the authentic Bahrain experience happening just outside its doors. If you’re looking for a hotel that blends comfort with proximity to local culture, Downtown Rotana is an ideal choice. Highly recommend."

"The room was cozy and comfortable. The only issues that I had were the shower did not have hot water and there was a urine smell that just would not go away. Overall, I really enjoyed myself. I will be back again."

"Been coming to Bahrain numerous times over the last six years. Never stayed here but decided to give it ago this time around. A lovely property and will come back. The room decor is a bit outdated but they’re very spacious and the bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The beach is wonderful and the staff is hospitable and professional. A special shout out to Sabita in the La Brasserie. She’s an angel."

"A wonderful stay in Bahrain. The hotel is connected with the largest city mall in Manama, which makes shopping is so easy and enjoyable. Breakfast is fantastic, with big variety of foods and drinks. Services are top notch, especially the front desk. I like the tour they arranged, giving me a chance to experience the charm of Bahrain. Last but not least, I’d recommend Bahrain to any who wants a safe, relaxing, friendly journey in an exotic destination and at the mean time educated by its civilization heritage. "
