"Maria was absolutely amazing! Every morning, she brought us a fresh breakfast of our choice, right on time. Her home was in impeccable condition, with a secure, covered parking spot conveniently located near the elevator. The location is excellent...a 10 minute drive to one of the biggest and best malls we visited in Italy, and within walking distance of a nice restaurant.

"An amazing stay at this beautiful boutique property in the heart of Polignano a Mare. Set in a wonderful location, the hotel rooms are characteristic and outstanding in every sense. The rooftop breakfast overlooking the sea was fantastic with lots of local produce. The staff throughout the property were so knowledgeable and helpful. We can’t recommend highly enough. "A lovely place to stay! The room is spotless, the lobby is comfortable, and the breakfast is outstanding. The only minor drawback is that you need a taxi or will have to drive to the old town; the distance is too far to be walkable. Front desk staff can readily call a taxi, however -- and to return to the hotel, you just walk to the train station to find a cab."

The service is excellent and you’re just a blocks away from the sea and the train station, Couple that with the amazing rooftop breakfast and the fact that if you really wanted to, you could actually walk to the airport, (I have) and you’ve got all the bases covered! "A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!
We had a wonderful experience at the Nicolaus Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and well taken care of. The free shuttle from the airport was a huge plus and made our arrival stress-free.
The room was spacious enough for our family, which was a pleasant surprise, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – we all slept so well. Even the little things were thoughtfully done – we absolutely loved the soap!
Now, the breakfast… hands down the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. There were so many choices, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties – something for everyone, and everything was delicious.
We also appreciated that there were plenty of good food options just a short walk up the road, which made dining out super convenient.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!"
