"Overall we were pleased with to hotel. The staff were fabulous. We did the half board, breakfast only. So many options to choose. We had one problem that was never resolved, the air conditioning. Unfortunately we had to ask for a fan to cool our room."

"The hotel was spotless Is it 4 star ? There was kettle in room had to ask for one and pay a deposit The room it self needs to be updated plaster on ceiling chipping off I think it was 4 star 20 years ago but it needs a total refurbishment for that status now Or maybe expect to much"

"It was nice and pleasant, it did what it said on the tin, it was nice. I would suggest a good 3 star resort, or an okay 4 star resort. No real issues apart from the lift breaking down a couple of times and a room clean that could have been better. The question is would I go back? If it was at the right price and I was on a budget then yes I would be happy to return."

"Clean and tidy apartment in a fab location Pool and bar was great … extremely well kept and clean and with really good entertainment and staff Life guard always there Unfortunately 1st night the boiler in the apartment exploded and water poured out of boiler into kitchen sink Was promptly all fixed and sorted next morning and cleaned too 👍👍👍 Front door was awkward Light and fan could do with updating Room definitely needs Air Con Bathroom Kitchen and living room we’re good …also balcony area Great value for money"

"Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!"

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."
