Çok merkezi konumda olması sebebi ile tercih ettik. Ancak amaç gezme olunca otelde çok fazla vakit geçiremedik, bu sebeple bu kadar yüksek tutarlı bir otelde kalmamıza değmedi. Otelde düğüne denk geldiğimiz için de bir gecemiz oldukça gürültülü geçti. Otelin içerisinde tüm imkanların olması büyük avantaj. (Benim için kuaför önemliydi)

1 gecelik; portakal çiçeği festivali için konakladık, önceden belirttiğimiz tüm notlar dikkate alınıp ona uygun oda verildi. Oda temizliği konforu genişliği banyosu vs gayet iyiydi. Otel önüne kurulan festival alanı, standlar çok hoşumuza gitti, seneye yine olur umarım yine konaklarız. Diğer odalardan(yan/üst/alt) hiç ses gelmiyordu yalıtımı dikkatimizi çekti. Sadece minibarda bazı şeyler bari ücretsiz olsa daha iyi olur. Bir de duş ürünleri daha kaliteli olabilir. Manzarası da çok güzel. Adanaya gittiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz ilk otel.

Otele akşam 8 gibi giriş yaptık diye midir bilmiyorum suitimize kadar eşlik eden bir personel olmadı suitin genel durumu iyi fakat biraz daha yenileme çalışması yapılabilir yağmur duşu çalışmıyordu perdelerin solukluğu odaya ayrı bir kasvet katmış aydınlatma loşa yakındı yeni nesil telefon şarj prizi bulamadık suitteki tüm prizlerde daha ferah bir oda renk eşya seçimi olabilir kısacası kasvet hakımdı …10. Kat lunch hizmeti başarılıydı büyük kolaylık oldu akşam geç girişte açık büfe yeterliydi…sabah kahvaltımız başarılıydı resepsiyon personelleri biraz daha güler yüzlü sıcak kanlı olabilirdi koşacak konfor yemek kısmı başarılı fakat personel güler yüzü sıcakkanlı misafir karşılama ağırlama anlayışından biraz daha geliştirilmesi gerek

It is the best hotel in Adana. Great building and amenities. Good service and very clean. Decent club lounge and happy hour. Well recommended.

Old hotel, doesn’t worth its money

Old hotel. Old furniture with scratches and scuffs. Had a bad experience with a restaurant manager. Provide a bad service. Bad SPA. Everything is old. Changing rooms and pool are different floors. Very uncomfortable. If you come as a couple you can’t use hamam or sauna they are gender separated. Didn’t enjoy. Disappointed. Doesn’t worth its money.
