We book and paid around 600$, we canceled our booking in just 10 mins after we did it, but the management did not accept to refund any of our amount! They told us it is their policy ! How come you take money for a service that you haven’t provide??

Sigara içilmez oda istememe rağmen sigara içilen oda verilmiş. Bunu odaya yatmak için döndüğümde fark ettim. Resepsiyon görevlisi odamı hemen değiştirdi ve beni sigara kokusu sinmiş odadan kurtararak temiz bir odaya gönderdi.

Otel binasının yeniliği vs... bir tarafa, resepsiyonda görevli arkadaşların güler yüzlü olması ve misafirleri rahat ettirmek için gösterdikleri hassasiyet tebrik için yeterlidir. Bir çok opsiyon olmasına rağmen, Adana'ya her gidişimde bu otelde kalıyorum ve kalmaya devam edeceğim.
