"Don’t judge a book by its cover. At first look was concerned we had made a bad choice. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, even though there was no one on site when we checked in. I am an absolute clean freak, I come with my own cleaning supplies, and this place was spotless, no rugs on floors which means so much to me, and had a true “
spa feeling”. The one thing that is a little concerning is the parking, there really is none. You park next door at the restaurant which is not so bad,...

The friendliness and excellent service received from the staff. While we stayed at the Yankee, we expected a delivery from UPS and the staff at the registration ensured that we would be informed as soon as it arrived at the Yankee. There was a delay from UPS and it caused us some stress. The Yankee staff made sure we were kept informed of the delivery. Their concern was greatly appreciated. Thank you."
