"We had an issue with the room AC control not functioning. When maintenance arrived, the tech was super friendly and efficient to fix the issue. Then another person arrived with a portable fan! That was great customer service!"

"Perfect location and hotel to spend a night before a flight: the rooms are large and comfortable, nice bathroom and separated restroom. The rooms are well insulated from outside noises. The breakfast buffet is so welcoming with yogurts eggs, sausages, bacon, crepes, ham cheese, fruits and a selection of pastries like croissants, Danish and chocolate croissants: a delight! The restaurant food is tasty and well presented, the waiters looked a bit overwhelmed, but very nice atmosphere. The cherry on the cake is a welcome drink (wine or beer) and the possibility to use the next door swim facility with jacuzzi and stream pool for free. We have stayed there 3 times and love the shuttle drivers who are so welcoming and happy to help. We shall return, worth every euros we spent. Great job !"

"We stayed here before a flight. The hotel is good for meeting people, having a drink or food at the bar. Very informal relaxed atmosphere. Great staff english speaking. A great barman from Argentina really friendly. the room is small but compact. It was our anniversary and they had dressed the room up and left a card. Thank you nice touch."
