"There was only one person working the front desk. The line was 15 deep at one point. When I had called the front desk prior to booking, to see if there was transportation to the ballpark. From the conversation , I was lead to believe there was van service provided by the hotel. This was not the case! None of our room keys worked after attending the Braves game that evening. We were told by the front desk that this was a common occurrence due to the stadiums security systems! If that's the case, guests should be alerted to this fact upon checking in!"
