Hotels near Acropolis Mall

"I booked this hotel four days prior to my check-in date. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that due to server glitches, they could not provide me a room as all rooms were full. I explained that I had booked well in advance and asked why I hadn’t received any communication about this issue. Their only response was that they had technical problems and kept repeating the same excuse. Eventually, they allotted me a room, but it was in a pathetic condition—no fan, dirty bedsheets and blankets, and the room was not cleaned at all. The bedsheet had multiple holes and cigarette burn marks. When I requested a change, they initially said this was the best they had for that room. After arguing, they finally replaced it. I am not expecting five-star service, but basic cleanliness and proper communication are essential. Harassing customers like this is unacceptable. I visit Kolkata every month for professional purposes and have never experienced such negligence from any hotel in this segment."

"One night in Kolkata before our flight home and wanted to treat ourselves. Fantastic service, all staff very helpful and accommodating, nothing way too much. Pool was quiet and relaxed and a well equipped gym. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choice with local favourites and our waiter Aditya was amazing and arrange a lovely cake for use to take away. Will certainly be coming back. "

"Located next to EM Bypass, somewhere in between north and south Kolkata, about 45 minutes to an hour from the Airport, offers excellent connectivity to entire Kolkata. Great food, excellent crew, and service. "

"This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my entire life. There were several issues with our stay: 1. The hotel phone number provided on Expedia is incorrect, and we could not connect with the hotel. 2. The hotel forced us to pay the full amount again, in cash, despite us showing receipt of having paid for the booking by credit card. Since it was 11 pm at night, we did not have any option and paid 2 times for the same room 3. While 2 of us were staying, they provided only 1 towel, despite requests for another towel. 4. The room was very poor in quality - did not have anything other than a bed - no wardrobe, no table, nothing even to hang used clothes on. We had to keep our used clothes on the floor 5. The listing said there are food options available in the hotel - but that is absolutely incorrect. 6. To top it all, the hotel staff and owners were extremely rude and made kurt remarks like "if you want 2 towels then you should stay at ITC next time" All in all, very poor experience. My feedback to fellow travelers - avoid this hotel. It is not worth the hassle. There are plenty of hotels in the neighborhood. "
