"unbelievably great for your family. The kids pool is so safe; knee depth, rubber type, non slip flooring which was incredible! never seen any rubbish or dog mess at any point during our 9nights which was shocking because any self catering holiday in the uk we’ve been to is usually covered in filth. Activities, restaurants, and the supermarket were really good prices, like €12 for a full day of bike hire and €11 for a large pizza. "It’s a small hotel, great for a weekend. Its location is wonderful and they provide a delicious breakfast."

"This hotel had an excellent location lakeside and within the walled area of the castle.There is a thermal swimming pool in an adjacent building which was very good. Our room was large but the bathroom was very small for example the bidet was so close to the wall that it could not be easily mounted. The TV was also very small so difficult to watch the world cup. There were no coffee making facilities or complimentary water in this 4 star hotel. Staff in the restaurant seemed rushed and the waiter serving our table at a special dinner night was poor. Overall, the Hotel seems a little dated but it has some nice spacious areas for dining and difficult to beat for location."

"This was a great place to stay during our vacation. The area gets pretty busy during the day with multiple tour bus drop offs but slows down towards the end of the evening. The amenities were okay. The AC worked alright in the room but could have been better. It would be nice if they were able to cool the hallways and lobby like their other hotels, it would probably help a lot."
