"Il Sentiero was a wonderful surprise. It is a very serene and picturesque agriturismo with tons of olive and lemon trees. Owner/operator Salvo is a very hospitable and lovely person. We chose to eat there each evening, and he never failed to provide us with tasty meals. We highly recommend this place for visitors to the Catania area. It is located about 40 minutes north of the airport, close to an autostrada exit, and is convenient for visiting places such as Mt. Etna, Taormina, and Messina."

Large free parking available, excellent breakfast (quality products), excellent service and courtesy. 10min from the center of Catania and 10min for excursions to Etna. Nearby there are two shopping centers and several restaurants. The only negative point is that you need a car to reach it. "

"We stayed for four nights and were very sorry to leave. Room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean and the standard of housekeeping throughout was excellent. Service everywhere is friendly and efficient, and pool deck is great place to soak up the sun and admire the views of Etna and the sea. Dinners were fantastic, real problem in choosing between so many lovely dishes and great Sicilian wines."
