"Very nice hotel. Very clean, and the staff was very professional. Breakfast was also top-notch. The only issue I had was with the gym. They say they have a gym, but they don't; the equipment is old, and there are only a handful of dumbbells to use. If you're like me and need a gym, there is a gym 1 mile away (I walked) called Palestra Area Fitness that is very nice and offers day passes. Other than that, great hotel! "We had a horrible experience! We arrived at around 20.30 and were greeted in the parking by the manager. We were informed that the lift was not working and were escorted to the reception through the service door. We paid for our stay (2 nights) and immediately we were informed that the AC was not working. Of course this was a problem for us as it was a heatwave.
