"Great location and beautiful hotel."

"Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Residence Lichtenvoorde verbracht. Die Anlage ist ruhig und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht an Infrastruktur. Es ist nur schade, dass der Park nicht groß genug ist für einen Brötchenservice oder ein Restaurant mit Frühstücksangebot. Allerdings war das Besteck bei Ankunft nicht sauber und man sollte die Silikonfugen im Bad mal erneuern. Das ist ein Aufwand von 1-2 Stunden und alle paar Jahre einfach notwendig. "

"I had the impression that FLETCHER Hotels stood for "COMFORT" but if this is what they describe as "comfort", I'll certainly would never stay at any of this hotel group's properties again. The rooms are small and very sparsely furnished and the lighting is so minimal that it is laughable. Did Pinochhio design this for a group of toddlers? One wonders! The bathroom floors were tile and very slippery when exiting the shower. There is no storage in the room for your clothes and the television sits below the bed making it impossible to view. The room could also use a mirror in addition to the small mirror above the bathroom sink. The sheet was dirty but was not changed by housekeeping....

"Very central location really close to the main dining street of Doetinchem. Staff really welcoming and friendly. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. We had a problem with water pressure in our second floor room floor and they offered to change our room when we brought it to their attention. "
