Hotel Sagarnaga
This is probably the best hotel to stay in La Paz if you are a tourist. It's close to markets, restaurants and cafes. The banks, cambios and tour agencies are also nearby. The hotel is also the main pick-up and drop-off point for the daily tours. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

The room itself was very good and comfortable, and once checked in, the stay was pleasant. However, the pre-check-in experience was not ideal.
