"Only here for a night. Obstacle course to get to the hotel from the airport terminal. Wish they had mentioned that so I could have accepted the paid pickup. But once I got to the hotel it was like entering a haven. Everything about the place was wonderful. This is the second IHG Express I have stayed at this year. The first at Melbourne City & now Kolkata & both of equal standard. Generous room size. Great amenities. I enjoyed everything about both hotels & shall look for them in my future travels. Many thanks for a wonderful stay."

"Deplorable unhygienic conditions. The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. "
