"Easily one the best stays ive ever had in a hotel. The view from the deluxe rooms was one of the best views any hotel or spot there can offer. The breakfast wasnt just delicious, but it made you feel like a true turk. The staff was really friendly and the hotel, since its smaller than typical, felt like home. "Loved everything about this hotel. It is carved into three natural chimneys. It's a bit of a maze but that adds to the charm. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast was great. Rooms are spacious. Loved my time there. Will repeat.
Added bonus, rooftop terrace provides an excellent view of the balloons at sunrise. You can literally walk out of your room and enjoy the view."

"The staff were great. When we checked in, they told us all the balloon rides for the next day in Goreme were cancelled. They got us onto one in the southern area. It turned out to be the only balloons that went anywhere the entire time we were Cappadocia. We appreciate our host so much for that!"

"Simply wow! This hotel is unlike any other—built into the rock formations with stunning views over Göreme and the morning hot air balloons. The cave-style room was spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with antique charm.
Navigating the winding stairs to the rooftop restaurant added to the adventure. Seten Restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. Be sure to stay a few days—balloon launches depend on weather.
