A relação qualidade - preço respondeu a expectativa. Funcionários bastante dedicados e gentis. Tendo chegado ao Hotel depois das 23:00 horas, mesmo sem terem recebido nenhuma confirmação da reserva através do Hotels.com, aceitaram que eu fizesse o check-in e me deram as chaves do quarto. Na hora do check out ja foi complicado, pois não tendo recebido nenhuma comunicação do Hotels.com, o gerente do Hotel obrigou-me a pagar pela estadia de novo, sob pretexto de que Hotel Presidente não tinha nenhum acordo com Hotels.com. Inicialmente recusei a pagar, mas, tendo constatado que a minha insistência estava levando a uma situação que me poderia fazer perder o voo, acabei pagando de novo, embora ja tivesse pago ao Hotels.com. Acho que os Senhores (Hotels.com) poderiam evitar esse incidente que foi muito desagradável.
