"Es el peor lugar para quedarse, no es hotel, ni cabañas como dice la página. Es un engaño ya que son remolques, solo tienen una cabaña que está llena de goteras. La parte de los remolques para dormir no puedes estar parado, porque tiene una altura de 1mt. El agua de la regadera no la puedes regular, se va a los extremos, y no te puedes bañar. "Mi experiencia en el hotel Hotel San Miguel Regla fue bastante decepcionante. Reservé dos noches pero terminé quedándome solo una. Entiendo que es un hotel rústico, pero la alberca estaba completamente verde y la televisión no funcionaba. El sábado a las 7:00 am encendieron una bomba muy ruidosa para limpiar la alberca, lo que arruinó el descanso. Lo más frustrante fue la actitud del staff: al comentar que me iría antes y explicar los problemas, la respuesta fue simplemente “ah, bueno”, sin interés alguno en mejorar la experiencia. La comida no es mala, pero el servicio es muy lento. Recomiendo mejor desayunar en Casa Colibrí, que está cerca y es mucho mejor. No lo recomendaría para un fin de semana de descanso."

"Our room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. The included breakfast was also delicious, did not get a chance to try their lunch or dinner menus but if it’s anything like the breakfast I recommend. The only complaint I have is that I wish the rooms included a fan as it did get fairly warm despite leaving the window open during the night. Other than that a very lovely and relaxing stay in the center of Huasca. "

"Hotel was in a good location, was able to walk around the near stores and it felt safe. Hotel itself was very clean. The staff was very helpful they specifically helped me with getting a taxi to pick me up. The room itself was very clean and AC worked fine. TV was easy to use."

"There is no place like the Santa Maria. The history is very impactful and the ground are gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hike up to the basaltico in the evening was stunning. We started mid-werk in February and things were pretty quiet. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, but not great. The guac was the highlight. The hamburger was a strange interpretation of a burger. We stayed in the newer rooms and it was quiet and clean. The wifi actually worked better than expected. We watched the Mask of Zorro that night so we could see the property in the movies. Although they added extra blankets to the bed, there was no heat and it was a little cold in our room. My only suggestion would be to add portable space heaters to the rooms for the off season. "
