"It was a great stay but I had to give 4 stars instead of 5. There’s no soap in the rooms! They offer soap upon check in but you’re not aware that it isn’t already available in the room! It’s like they are offering you a complimentary gift so beware and ACCEPT the soap! Also our Keurig didn’t work but we were only there for 1 night so it was ok. Room 311 is where the Keurig doesn’t work. The casino games are different and more expensive to play than any other casino I’ve visited. The bets are higher! There was construction or upgrades going on too inside the casino and a lot of the games were gutted so the look wasn’t aesthetically pleasing. Highlight! Itta Bena was amazing as usual and the live performance in BB Kings was great!!"

"Do not go here! there was rat poop around the room and hair and boogers in the shower wall. Additionally, I booked a room for 5 people, I called ahead and whoever answered their Days Inn phone indicated that I could have a roll in bed for the fifth person (2 double beds = 4 people) and the receptionist upon check in, told us that the room was 2 double beds wether we had 1 person or 10 people there. When we left, my husband told the receptionist about the hygiene issue. We booked through Expedia and they believed what the hotel personnel told them and disregarded our concerns."

"The breakfast was good. I used the refrigerator that was in the room, only to have a cockroach greet me when I opened it in the morning. I reserved a room with a king size bed, but had to settle for a room on 2nd floor with two queens. I will not be staying there again."
