The customer services here is 10/10, since the guy at the front desk (friendly and kind) and every single person of the staff. Food was the cherry on the top, it was way better than our expectations, pool bar was amazing too

The area is a little hard to get to, and they are currently fixing and adding other buildings so there are a lot of building supplies around. The staff were amazing tho, and the room we were in was nice. I don’t mind the dirt roads so to me it was good.

The staff was excellent! Very welcoming and attentive. Restaurant staff were very aware of needs and wants. Excellent service as well. Getting to the hotel is challenging. Like most rural Salvadoran roads, this one was challenging. There are no paved roads and the rains cause large pools of water on the dirt roads
