客室は清潔です。ややトイレとシャワーに汚れがあります。雨季のため蚊が多かったですが、次の日の清掃から室内にスプレーをして対応してくれました。
アムハラ州内の内戦中のため、州内全域でWiFi使用できず。
地下にレストランが併設されており、エチオピア料理、スパゲッティなどがあります。
