"Lairs upon lies. we booked for 2 rooms that they say have 4 king bed. only to be given 1 room with 1 king bed. we were told they could not see our reservation on expedia. yet they saw one room. the offered to move us to a 3 room. At the end, they charge us 195k at check out even though we paid $65 on expedia. pls don't book"

The person who answered the phone immediately told me that we do not have any reservation. He did not ask my name or reservation number. How would he know if I had a reservation or not if he did not know my name?
