"The cleanest, most comfortable room I had for a long time! The breakfast buffet is the best as well, even smoked salmon and other choices I haven’t seen in anything but a luxury hotel. The hotel is right by the pedestrian zone, very ice for strolling and shopping. A park with deer etc is close by as well, if you like to breathe some fresh air. Highly recommendable!"

Unfortunately when I arrived no room had been booked for me at the Kaiser Karl in spite of my reservation confirmation from Expedia and the hotel was full. The staff member on reception was fabulous and sorted me an alternative hotel and covered the costs of a taxi to get me there.
