"This is such a great hotel. Perfect location, easy parking (garage across the street on Addison). The staff has always been so welcoming and lovely, and the rooms are cozy. 5-10 minute walk to the L and many great places to eat and drink within walking distance."

"The bathroom window (which faces the alley) has a broken frame, so it does not close. The outside window security bars are loose. So, someone could easily climb inside. Since the window didn’t completely shut, the bathroom was about 30 degrees when I went to take a shower. Then I kept complaining about the 2-3 drunk people next door. Loud as F. I complained, but they kept it up. I jerryrigged the bathroom window. A real Macgyver job. Also, the first room I reserved had a bad tv and the heat had been left off for long time. Very cold."

"The room felt safe. The staff where lovely. But with construction starting an hour before we where told and the mess it brought. I don’t think it was worth the price listed. The rooms where very run down. Again staff where amazing they made my stay so much better. I can’t give them enough kudos "

"Absolutely no parking whatsoever, and no way to get inside after 11:30 pm apparently. I was stuck with no place to go after paying a ridiculous rate and they refuse to give me a refund. This place is a scam and people should avoid it at all cost. "

" Very nice, charming place to stay. Rooms are cozy and the neighborhood is great with lots of options to walk too. Parking is impossible so you will have to use the paid garage across the street. "

"We loved our stay at City Suites. It was so close to the subway which made it very convenient, and we did not hear it. (Just download the Ventra app) All staff were very friendly and it was great to have coffee, tea, or hot chocolate in the lobby. The room had a bedroom and living room area with 2 TVS. Next door, you have a coffee shop and hot dog shop, and the stadium is a 20 min. walk. "

"Parking was extremely easy, staff was great. The unit was very spacious, welcoming and clean. Plenty of room, my family/kids loved the place. Checking in was easy and simple and the owner was very accommodating. "
