J’ai passé un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel : accueil et service sont impeccables, mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner avec large choix et une équipe souriante et disponible. Seul petit bémol : on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres dans les chambres et les vmc ne suffisent pas pour permettre un bon renouvellement de l’air. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Marvin was an absolute pleasure to have look after me. So attentive and helpful with taxis and many other things. Swimming pool is available, but nobody ever uses it... Looking forward to my next trip already.

My trip to Abidjan

During check in it too quit a time during check out they charge a wrong value , room invoice indicated a different room number !! , generally the hotel is getting old and the rooms need renovation Yet , The location and view are exceptional

Nice location on the plateau, rooms are clean and well equipt. Wifi flucuates between good and very poor signal which is frustrating. Food is ok. Reception and concierge staff are great and very helpful. Bar and night staff can be a little slow.

Aaamiainen hyvä, keskeiset elementit; hyvä kahvi, hedelmät, leikkeleet ym erinomaisia. Ei aamiaisen tarvitse olla ylipursuva. Henkilökunta ystävällista ja palvelualtista. Renovation Needed

This hotel desperately needs a facelift. The carpet in my room was gross, looked like it hadn't been cleaned for 20 years. My pillows didn't have pillow cases, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the lightbulbs were gone from the bathroom light fixture. Service was generally friendly and decent.
