The location of this hotel was perfect. Right next to the main train station and bus terminal. The walk to the town was only 15 mins away. There are plenty of shops around too.

They welcomed The guest with Mozart chocolate. The staff is super friendly and assisted in each and every way. I was new to Salzburg and the staff helped me to plan my tour at Salzburg. One thing they should improve is, alarm calls in the morning which they completely forgot about.
