"We had 3 rooms for 2 nights, all loch view suites. The level of cleanliness was iffy to say the room. One room, the floor and grouting dirty another a table where they had dusted around the lamps. Despite the fact the rooms all cost the same, they varied vastly in size and quality "

"Everything was lively except. Issue with the room key…. Never seemed to work and I was as far away from the reception as could be. So that got old really quickly. Even though someone came to reset the lock, had the same issue. Toilet kept running constantly. Was reported but no one came. So neither very big issues "

"The food was lovely. Mac and cheese meal was well presented as was the burger and fries. The beef burger was very good quality. These items were ordered from the children’s menu. Portion sizes were very generous. The breakfast choices were good too. Small cafe shops nearby for alternative breakfast fare as well as a local supermarket. Car parking is very good."

"Superb location with breathtaking views. Excellent rooms. Breakfast was delicious. But the crown in their jewel was the staff, professional, curtious and attentive. I cannot recommend this stay highly enough."
