"Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. We had some trouble finding the accomodation, so make sure you double check the address beforehand, but Lynda was a dear guiding us there and was always available for questions during the stay. "The location was great with a lovely sea view. All the staff were pleasant especially Josh who helped with bags . My only complaint is the standard of the room. It's very dated and needs TLC . Plaster falling off some of the walls. No bedside tables. Old shower curtain. Also breakfast was extra. We spoke with other people who was staying at another hotel cheaper rate with breakfast included. I wouldn't book again."

"If you are thinking about visiting Barmouth, the Seascape is absolutely the best place to stay. My husband and I stayed at the Seascape in Barmouth for 3 days, and we could not have had a better experience. We had a Seaview, and it was beautiful; every morning we enjoyed our coffees in the lovely seating area in our room, looking out onto the sea! The bed was sooo comfortable; at home I wake up every morning with a bit of a backache, but for the two nights we stayed here, not an ache or pain. The shower in our room was amazing! The rooms are clean and large, and with a fridge in the room, we were able to buy and bring our own food as well. By far, the BEST thing about the Seascape are Shona and Bash, our hosts and new friends!!! They are amazing, and absolutely everything you want in a host; they go out of their way to make sure their guests are well looked after...no request is too much. Shona and Bash are wonderful guests, and more importantly to my husband and I, genuinely beautiful people!"
