"Amazing hotel! Trip to Amsterdam for valentine's, stayed four nights here. The apartments are so nice and come fully equipped! The beds are comfy and can easily access apps on the TV. They allowed me to have flowers delivered as well and put fake petals on our bed for valentine's! Amazing! Front of house staff really friendly as well, also loved that we could borrow games. Really recommend here if you're staying in Amsterdam, easy to get into center as well. Loved my stay here!"

The hotel provides guides for the surrounding area which we should have paid more attention to as they had some very good recommendations for food that was nearby rather than us taking the bus into the city centre."

Elevators were quick and the building secure, requiring your key card to use elevator. Located in the south end of Amsterdam, but close to transit options. Quick transit ride to the airport. "The staff at this Yays location were very helpful. They helped explain how the parking/ transportation works, gave me pointers for food and grocery for the baby, and their coffee at the reception desk is great. "We found the studio apartment very adequate for our needs. It was large enough to be able to sit comfortably at the table and the kitchen has cook top and microwave which we appreciated. I found it a little dark with black curtains and shear curtains and dark black and red carpet but this didn’t impact our enjoyment. The location was ideal for walking to everything. "

"The staff was generally amazing. Robert was incredibly helpful and kind in answering all of our questions. There was another gentleman at night who's name has slipped my mind, but he was also very kind and eager to help! My only minor complaint is not having dish soap or cleaner in the room! You can buy it for very cheap downstairs, we just never got around to it. "

"I liked the location, you can get a ferry for free, outside the property towards the Central station or walk about 5mins to the bus stop instead. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property is gorgeous with a stunning view of the river. The only let down is the noise policy. No music or noise from 9pm-8am, which for 5 women celebrating a birthday is incredibly hard. I kept receiving text messages regarding the noise which was disheartening."

"We loved having a whole house to ourselves, complete with a mostly full kitchen! We felt safe and secure because of the gated entrance. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening.
