Soundproofing between rooms not optimal...could hear sounds from adjustant room 2. Massage was excellent, marred by loud noises from children playing in adjustant pool/jacuzzi...either relocate massage to different area or make room soundproof.thanks"

"The hotel is well located in a center area of Islamabad. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials for a good stay. All members of the staff were great, friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here again."

"I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor."

"Staff is very nice and helpful, but the place itself is not satisfactory. They need to invest in keeping the place clean, and updated. It has a funky smell all over. "
