"There is a lot to like about the Days Inn on Logan in Langley. They offered a very competitive rate for the dates we needed. Parking is excellent, our room was big, bed very comfortable, sound proofing good. Nice to have a room with a microwave and bar fridge. AC/Heater worked great. All in all very good value which is why we've come back here a couple times. Location is good for us because of why we're in Langley, just not in the heart of town. Tim Horton's right next door, a market nearby, a couple eateries close - but I wouldn't say it's an area you enjoy walking around. That said, within a 5 minute drive you'll find tons of eateries at every price range, type. The breakfast could be improved. Pretty standard Continental range for North America: breakfast sausage, cereals, yogurt, toast, muffins, a little fresh fruit, coffee machine. The big let down is that they heat up frozen egg products. Would have preferred hard boiled eggs and some plain yogurt ... BUT that's a personal quibble."

"The first room had an overpowering smell of soap. They moved me to another room, an upgrade to a junior suite with no questions. The second room smelled like cooked cabbage. I didn’t complain again as it was tolerable but did tell the front desk when I checked out. Dinner at the Whitespot was terrible, the fish was rubbery. I sent it back and got something else which was fine. Breakfast was good."
