There were however 2 unfortunate things: 1. Check-in was not so easy as we didn't get any information about the check in. "The hotel was extremely dog friendly, which was a relief for me. When you’re traveling with your service pet and you’re constantly being questioned overseas if it’s actually a service pet or if you have a lap dog it becomes anxious making all the time. So, when I walk into a beautiful hotel that welcomes you with a smile and welcomed your pet with a smile it’s such a relief!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay."
