"The hotel is a credit to the owner in every respect. My wife and I were on holiday to sample various areas of Germany. All staff were most welcoming and helpful. We only had one evening meal there but it was outstanding, and we have eaten in many fine restaurants around the world. It was the first stop on our holiday and it could not have been better. "Das Haus hat einen alten Kern aus Fachwerk, welchen man im Keller (Frühstücksbereich) gut sehen kann. Der Rest des Hotels ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Stellenweise wird es gerade renoviert, die Bäder haben jedoch noch immer den Charme der 70er Jahre. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich und lässt eine gewisse "Freude am Morgen" vermissen. Für einen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt in Wetzlar ist das Haus geeignet, wenn gleich die Parkplätze extrem eng gestaltet sind."
