"In general we were quite happy to have the option with the "automated" check-in. It went very easily, however it took me 40min and a lot of communication forth and back to get it organized. Good here, was that "someone" was promptly available to chat/write emails to me and tried to send me the link for the online check-in which is pre-requisite to get the entry code. "Our first stay at Helnan Marselis Hotel and we loved it!
My sister stayed here twice and recommended it to us, and she was right.
Stunning sea views, direct beach access, and a spacious room with comfy beds and a balcony overlooking the water.
A delicious breakfast with plenty of fresh options and relaxing wellness facilities.
Great location - walking distance to the Infinite Bridge, Marselisborg Castle and Deer Park, and just 10 minutes by bus to Aarhus city centre.
Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. We’ll definitely be back! 🌊❤️"
