"The hotel was nice and clean, check in was smooth and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The room I booked came with a free mini bar which was great. The area is quiet but very close to bus stop and trams to get around thw city. The breakfast has great options and was very tasty"

"The hotel is located in a convenient part of town and 3 trams stop just across the street. They provide access to all tourist areas in minutes which could not be more convenient. We appreciated the breakfast buffet which provided a lovely variety of options and gave us a good start to the day. The dinner menu was limited and expensive, but there are a few other restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. The front desk staff were all excellent and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and our only negative comment would be that the beds could have been more comfortable; they were a bit hard."
