"I stayed 3 times within the last 10 years and the hotel changed a lot. For business it is maybe still ok, but private not anymore!
- late arrivals has to use a check in terminal (only a not excited security person on site)
- Parking is now 15 eur per night which adds up a lot when you stay 9 nights (before it was free or 10 euro)
- Airconditioning not working (but advertised). Works only if outside temperature is > than 20C. Room was hot esp. after taking showers, no vent in bathroom. You can open the windows…but with no bug nets…you deal with mosquitoes and wasp.
- shower drain slow, water spills over into bathroom floor ( needed towels for stop flooding
- the biggest show stopper. Now they claim a „green hotel“. Your room is made only every 3rd day.
When you are lucky you can take your needed bathroom rolls or tissue box, extra towel for the wet ones from flooding, from the cleaner cart.
(Business travellers who stay only a night…don’t feel the pain!)
Having a „green key“ certification at the entrance of the hotel seems great but the customers experience a poor service… that doesn’t make sense.
Most likely I will choose a different hotel in the future even the location is perfect and quiet.
Overall a poor experience!!!!"
