"I stayed here with my mum during our roadtrip through France. We only stayed here one night and arrived in the evening, so didn't get to enjoy much time there. However the house was stunning and the room was beautiful and comfortable. We were very tired and were happy to be able to recharge. The bed was comfortable and my mum was happy to be able to have a bath. Amit (sorry if I've spelt that wrong) was lovely and a wonderful host. He gave advice on where to eat dinner and offered to cook us up...

"It’s a lovely hotel, with fantastic facilities (restaurant, gym, pool, garden), but boy is it overpriced (especially given the tiny room size of the Pagode room). Even rooms in NYC are bigger at that price point. :-D I’ve no problem with high-end hotels (and their price-range), but it has to feel somewhat fair, a feeling I missed in this case. Otherwise it was an ok stay, but nothing I would return for it, unfortunately."
