"The gentleman that checked us in was so kind and welcoming … and when we left the lady was an absolute doll.. after having our nerves wrecked in the Myrtle Beach area it was so comforting to arrive to a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.. we felt safe again.. "

"Clean room, Staff was very friendly and professional. The only reason I give it one star was the other guest were loud and throwing stuff arguing call downstairs about it and problem still wasn’t resolved. So my husband and I had absolutely no sleep at all the entire night, and had to both leave and drive couple hrs on no sleep. "

"I specifically booked the hotel because of the airport shuttle, however I was unaware it ran from 8am to 8pm. My flights did not align with that time frame. So I never used the shuttle."

"Very nice people and clean rooms. Very good location near downtown Columbia. "

"Checked in and the initial room we were assigned was not cleaned. The room we were reassigned to, had empty soap containers and the air conditioning was abnormally loud. We tried to get soap refilled but front desk staff was unable to get to it and house keeping told us to go to the desk. Left the sign off the door for room service, did not receive service. We have stayed here before, it just seems like the hotel is going downhill."

"Paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling, the bedside power and USB outlets did not work, the lamps were not plugged in and I had to move furniture to plug in the coffee maker. "

"We asked that our room be cleaned daily, which the front desk ok'd then we were informed it was every other day. We had to ask for extra towels."
