"Small, basic but comfortable room. Great, friendly bar. Hugely overheated - had the battle between opening the (9th floor) windows to cool down, or closing them to block out the noise from the nightlife and traffic. Very central to the station, shopping, many restaurants, clubs and bars."

"My wife and I spent one night at the hotel as we were attending a show at the nearby Armadillo (a short 5 minutes walk away). The location is excellent for attending any show at the Armadillo and OVO Hydro. The room was spotless and a good size and contained an iron and ironing board along with the usual hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. The bar stocks a good range of beers and spirits and although the prices were quite expensive the convenience of using it after a show outweighed this. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on attending an event at the Hydro or Armadillo."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and tidy. The water pressure in bathroom was extremely low, so low that using the hand held shower nozzle there was no water coming out. The hot water was barely warm."

"Lovely hotel and very comfortable. Food wasn’t great but apparently there was a new chef who was a bit overwhelmed when we chose to eat there. It’s convenient to walk into the city centre but parking is not good. The hotel only has 5 spaces (2 are disabled) so expect to pay to park and it is shockingly expensive outside the hotel. There is a Q park about 10 mins walk though."

"Being older I found everything had to be operated with an i pad. Not so good when you press tge lights switch at door.and everything shuts down. Lights blinds curtains."
