"Property has not been kept up - current and old leaks are apparent in walls and ceilings, a/c broken, clumps of dust were stuck on bottom of mattress when pulled out the sofabed, more than just a dusting of dust on the fans put in the room as substitute for broken a/c (that was supposed to be included in room rate, and which was not mentioned to us as not being available ), etc. Sense is of a place that has either fallen on hard times or doesn’t want to spend any money to maintain the property. "
