"Very excellent hotel and view, staff were amazing JUST the hotel needs renovation, unfortunately such a nice big building and location and view but is outdated. But the staff and everything else is excellent "

"Everything was excellent except one staff member who spoke to me with arrogance throughout my stay. He is at the front desk and his name is Ramses or something similar. When I first checked in he spoke to me with an arrogant tone and I was met with the same tone upon checkout. I didn't appreciate his attitude. Othe than that the hotel is what you would expect for that type of hotel. Other staff are friendly and helpful. "
