"Todo muy bien"

"While the room was large & had 3 separate beds to meet our needs, it had a horrible musty mold smell. The white sheets & towels were a yellow stint & should have been thrown out a long time ago. The tea kettle to warm water would also not work. As for the bathroom area; the sink ONLY had hot high pressure water & the bidet didn’t work. The Breakfast was a nice spread, but a lot of pastry goods. The eggs /meat / vegetables were cold; disappointing because they tasted good. The Front Desk & Breakfast staff were very pleasant. The Car Service with staff personnel needs to improve communication as driver never arrived at communicated time on 2 separate occasions. "

"The whole experience was perfect. The first things you see when entering the hotel are the waterfalls - such an amazing view. The staff was truly lovely as well. Being able to get up in the morning to be the first in the park was such a pleasure. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"For the price, there are far better options nearby. The dinner and breakfast were horrible, plain noodles or half-cooked chicken. The dinner gave me food poisoning and I was vomiting all night. Also, the sheets and pillows feel like the ones they give out on airplanes. The staff are friendly and the property is generally clean but the hotel felt very overpriced for the quality."

"This was one of the most amazing stays, being in the forest is such a surreal experience - the sounds, the sweet smell of the forest, the resident cats! We visited in the first week of April and stayed in room Botanica 18, which had a hot tub on the balcony - this came in handy when the rain started. We also enjoyed the pool (which is open 9 am to 9 pm) - we went at 8 pm, and we had the whole pool area for ourselves, plus the water was the perfect temperature. The restaurant was also delicious, just don't forget to make a reservation! Throughout our stay all staff were so welcoming and friendly and spoke great English. I would definitely stay here again!"
