If you are on business trip and require wifi access to conduct business, then you better think twice to check in to this hotel. I have to consume almost close to US40 of my own data plan to communicate although I am on leisure trip to Tianjin. "

"Expedia gave incorrect geographical coordinates and I ended up stranded in a inhospitable neighborhood. The hotel reacted quickly. They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. "The hotel staff were amazing, they supported me being through a very difficult time, very kind and respect my situation. Reception staff were super helpful for all information I required. Speically big thanks to breakfast buffet manager Mr.Pu and his assistant Ms.Zhang, who welcomed my family every single morning, assisted us for the food and beverage. We feel heart filled, respected and supported during our stay. I sincerely appreciate all their support, care and respect!"
