"Great, friendly staff! Spacious room with plenty of chairs and a desk. Good wifi. Wonderful scenery--right on the beach! The property is in a sad state, otherwise. But so are many of the surrounding hotels of the same star level. My room was not cleaned. Dust everywhere. Trash in the drawers. Bathroom was smoky and not clean at all! The restaurant food was okay but the state of it did not give confidence. I checked out several days early. Shame because b the manager and one of the house keepers...

"Had a good stay, with extremely helpful reception staff especially Bneha. Rating it poorly because of poor management. Never stayed in a place where they charge you for misplaced 2nd door keycard and for a slightly stained bath towel. Totally unreasonable charges"

"My mother and aunt, both 70-years-old were staying at the hotel for a religious event happening in the town. the Hotel was very helpful and made the trip stress free (Literally it was stress free) they also assisted them in fulfilling the religious rituals for which they were there for. Kudos to the hospitality team at Goodland Elegance TVM. "
