The South 4 Stars Hotels

"Rooms were nice and clean and loved all the amenities the property had to offer. Staff was rude and not very helpful especially at the pool. Also they are doing construction across from where we were staying so there was no sleeping in they would start working by 7am. "

"My stay was great but when I arrived I was told about the breakfast and what the time frame was but when I got there, I was told it was going to cost us $17.99, I figure being in a suite with a balcony was all I was paying for, for the price I paid; At least Breakfast could have been Complimentary Thank you! "

"The hotel was great. Bourbon st. And all the french quarter are right there. We didnt have to drive anywhere, its all within walking distance. They also helped us book trips to the plantations, city tour, and cruise on the Mississippi. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Could have used another blanket on the bed, but if we had asked im sure they would have given us another blanket. We would definitely stay here again. The room was quiet and enjoyed everything about the trip."

"Pictures are deceiving. This hotel needs a total renovation. Carpets are dirty, elevators are sketchy. Do not use the stairwells from the garage although you may have to as elevator was not working. Stairwell reeked of urine and littered with trash and there was evidence of squatters. In our room there was a flood. It was obvious from the moldy walls and decayed plaster this had been occurring frequently. We reported to the front desk. No one came to correct or offer us a different room. 2-stars because was easy and Starbucks on premises."
