"Love this hotel but I was disappointed to arrive late at night and be told โ€œvalet isnโ€™t here tonightโ€ and just be told to pay to self park. I would have picked a different hotel if I knew I was going to have to self park late at night in downtown Phoenix. The hotel is nice but valet parking should be advertised as โ€œonly sometimesโ€ if thatโ€™s the case."
