"This visit was quite good. The property management did make an effort to pick up the debris washed up on shore and be more environmentally conscious. I hope that will continue. Overall the stay was great. Food and service was very good"

"Went to check in prepared with confirmation number and booking email but front office staff were clueless, said there was no booking, had no idea about Wotif. Took 20 minutes for them to find a senior manager and be directed to get a room prepared. Once in the room, the facilities were fine and the room was quite reasonable but front office staff need a lot of training, especially given the competitive market for accommodation in Moresby these days."

"Paid online, also was asked to pay at check-in. refund is a bit slow coming. staff are lovely. room is an odd shape and size."
